JE Design has modified the VW Scirocco 2.0 TDI to make it more special. The modification is comprehensive including appearance and performance.
The most important in appearance modification is stunning Lamborghini-style scissor doors that has made by JE Design for VW Scirocco 2.0 TDI. They cost from 1,559. The other exterior modification includes a complete bodykit. It consists of a front spoiler with carbon fiber trim, side skirts with air intakes that has option of carbon fiber material. Not left a rear diffuser that houses a pair of chrome tailpipes.
In term of performance, JE Design has tuned the engine and its supporting elements. The 2.0-liter diesel engine now has an extra 40hp (from 140HP to 180HP) and 80 Nm of torque (from 320Nm to 400Nm). These all increase the acceleration by 0.9sec to 8.4 sec and top speed by +5km/h to 213km/h or 132mph.
Coming to the higher version of the engine; the JE Design has modified the 170hp 2.0 TDI to reach 205HP and 410Nm. It is an extra 60Nm of torque. These all are able to push the car from 0-100km/h in 7.1sec (0.7sec better than the stock) and top speed of 229km/h or 143mph (7km/h better than the stock). The engine upgrade is priced at 1,249 for the 140HP motor and 1,449 for the 170HP version.
Still on performance, increasing the engine power and torque need the car to bring better on the other components. The car is lowered by30mm (219) via suspension kit. It now rolls on 19-inch alloy wheels in silver (2,810) or graphite (2,930) wrapped in 235/25 R19 rubber. It is also supported by a sport exhaust system (899).
