New Exterior Design
Ford designers approached each classic Mustang design element with a contemporary vision to modernize the vehicle’s appearance. The iconic Mustang grille, the ‘hockey stick’ side lines, the hop up into the rear haunch, the quarter-glass window, the three-bar tail lamp and the center-mounted faux gas cap were all reconsidered to give the new car even more presence and character. As a result, the New 2010 Mustang squats on its haunches with a clean, sporty design that looks smart and efficient.
