Dacia Duster SUV production version, the first pictures have been leaked by a Romanian auto magazine. The following are brief explanations of the Dacia’s first SUV.

Dacia Duster production version will be on next year Geneva Auto Show for its debut. It will be built based on Nissan X-Trail platform despite previous reports of the Duster being “genetically” linked to the Qashqai. It will be priced at €11,500 reported by sources at Dacia.

Powered by a Renault’s 1.5DCi engine with a six-speed manual transmission that makes 105 hp and 240 Nm of torque, which could get the concept to 100 km/h in about 9.6 seconds. The Renault engine gives the Duster SUV a fuel consumption of 5.3 liters per 100 km and CO2 emissions of 139 grams per kilometer.

The SUV according to the pictures rolls on 21-inch aluminum alloys and sized 4.25 meter length and 1.49 meter height. It offers versatility which is a front passenger seat can be hide below the driver’s seat to make loading long equipment for bikes, kayaks etc.
