Bugatti Veyron “Centenaire Edition” for Geneva Auto Show

Bugati celebrates 100 years in the car’s world this year. And what wonderful way to celebrate. Still to be a secret. But many sources said that the French supercar maker will bring the Special Edition of Bugatti Veyron named “Centenaire Edition” to debut at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show next month.

Bugati “Centenaire Edition” is built based on Veyron 16.4 but with distinctive appearance. So is the engine performance. The super brand car is powered by an engine that makes crazy power of almost 1350 hp. It’s crazy power is higher than the 1001 hp and 1250 Nm of torque on the standard Bugati Veyron. This Bugatti Veyron “Centenaire Edition” run to top speed at 420 km/h. While the standard Bugati Veyron can hit 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, it is a healthy speculation that Bugati “Centenaire Edition” with higher power will hit 0-60 mph in less than 2.8 seconds. One word to say: awesome.

Although the specs have not been confirmed by VW Group but some sources believe that an uprated 8.0 liter, 16 cylinder (W16) quad-turbo Bugatti engine will be a suitable engine to this supercar. The supercar features custom carbon fiber like the new Bentley Continental GT Eco.
