Aston Martin Vantage GT3 race car sketch


Aston Martin Vantage GT3 race car sketch has been released by Aston Martin. Based on the V12 version of the road car, the new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 will enter the racing season in 2012.

As have been mentioned by the company that the Aston Martin’s Vantage GT3 will be powered by a 6.0 liter V12 engine with a lightweight dry-sump. Featuring a semi-automatic paddle shift Xtrac racing transmission, Aston Martin’s Vantage GT3 racing car will also equipped with newly developed ABS and traction control.

Aston Martin’s Vantage GT3 is built on the aluminum VH architecture and the company hopes to take the race car to get a power output of 600 bhp and 700 Nm of torque while has 1250 kg for its maximum weight.

The first prototype of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 will be finished in July 2011, and it will join the others Aston Martin’s racing model car range such as the DBR9 GT1, AMR-One LMP1, Vantage GT2, and GT4.
