858hp Sportec SPR1 M to Debut in Geneva


Sportec will introduce their 858hp tuning car in Geneva, Sportec SPR1 M. The tuning car is built based on Porsche “997″ 911 Turbo model. Sportec SPR1 M is made using extensively carbon fiber to reach better power-to-weight ratio. It will be an exclusive car with 10 units only will be produced.

Powering the Sportec SPR1 M is a modification of 3.6L engine Porsche 997, the 858hp (631kW) T80 M engine with maximum torque of 880Nm. There are no performance figures yet. As comparation the previous SPR1 with 800hp (588kW) , less power than the SPR1 M-can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 3 seconds, 0 – 200km/h in 8.6 seconds and 0 – 300km/h in 18.9 seconds. Simple conclusion, Sportec SPR1 M should be even faster than the previous SPR1. At least 0-100km/h in 3 seconds.

Sportec SPR1 M will join its friend at the Geneva Auto Show, Sportec RS700 ( Audi RS 6-based) and Sportec SP750 (997 GT2 based). The 750hp (552KW), 850Nm kit will also be available in Geneva.
